CERT TRAINING OPPORTUNITY
Community Emergency Response Team (CERTs) training covers basic skills that are important to know in a disaster when emergency services are not available. With training and practice, and by working as a team, you will be able to protect yourself and maximize your capability to help the greatest number of people after a disaster.
- Thursday, Feb 23 from 8 am - 5 pm (Classroom)
- Friday, Feb 24 from 8 am - 5 pm (Classroom)
- Sunday, Feb 26 from 8 am - 5 pm (Hands-on Practical Simulated Training)
Optionally, participants can get vegetarian meals that will be catered by WWU Sodexo. After you RSVP, CHE - Center for Humanitarian Engagement will reach out to see if you are interested in meals. (There is a cost associated with the meals.)
